The company also holds a valid BPO license.

Automas Technologies provides Bulk SMS and A2P messaging services, call center and BPO services, IP PBX and VoIP solutions, CRM, software and digital services, and physical products such as IP phones and related hardware. 5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use services only for lawful purposes, comply with BTRC rules and government regulations, and refrain from spam, fraud, misleading content, or any activity that may disrupt or misuse systems or services.

6. Orders, Payments, and Billing

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the respective websites. Automas Technologies uses SSLCommerz as its payment gateway.

7. Delivery and Service Activation

Delivery timelines for physical products are mentioned on the relevant website. Digital services may require configuration, verification, documentation, or regulatory approval prior to activation.
